About Molly
Growing up, sports were at the center of my family’s life. With that came the inevitable injuries—bruises, strains, and the occasional broken bone. But what shaped me most was how my mom approached healing: always seeking out practitioners who viewed the body as a connected system, not just isolated parts. That perspective sparked my passion for understanding how the body can truly heal itself.
I went on to spend 13 years as a competitive swimmer, ultimately competing as a Division I athlete while earning my degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health and Fitness from the University of Rhode Island.
After college, my education didn’t stop—it evolved into a continuous pursuit. Through extensive coursework and certifications in muscle testing, gait analysis, golf performance (TPI), breathing, active release work, and advanced anatomy, I’ve built a system rooted in understanding how the body moves as a whole. Continuing education remains one of the most important parts of my work—because the more tools I have, the more precisely I can meet each individual where they are.
The Kinematic Method
My approach is grounded in what I call a kinematic perspective—the study of movement through the entire chain of the body. I start from the feet, where movement begins, and work upward to identify compensation patterns, inefficiencies, and disconnects. By restoring proper sequencing and reintroducing the body to movement patterns it has lost or avoided, we create lasting change—not just temporary fixes.
No two bodies are the same. What works for one person may not work for another, which is why every program is individualized through detailed assessment and hands-on understanding of how your body moves.
For the past 12 years in the Hamptons, I’ve been grateful to work with a wide range of clients, helping them move better, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies.
I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal itself—if we take the time to listen, understand, and uncover the “why” behind dysfunction. My role is to guide that process through intentional, intelligent movement.
